MY JOURNEY

I have eight years of dynamic experience in customer-centric roles and also as a creator on Etsy.

The majority of my background has been in the SaaS space, working on improving client experiences in a range of industries like Health & Wellness, Marketing, Pets. My favorite part of these experiences has been the opportunities to make a direct impact and change for the better. This is why I chose to focus on UX Design.

Simultaneously, I curate my own Etsy shop of custom designed pet gifts. This shop has been my creative outlet and a dedication to my love for animals.

I became a strong UX Designer by bridging together my professional career and personal passions.
